TERMS & CONDITIONS: To receive your "Referral" payment, the leasing person(s) you sent to us MUST comply with ALL of the following. The client you referred has to write 'Sam Guthrie' on any and all Guest Cards when first visiting an apartment community and also put 'Sam Guthrie' on the Rental Application in the section entitled "WHY YOU RENTED HERE" as the individual locator or agent who 'referred' them to the property. If more than one Rental Application is submitted, they need to put 'Sam Guthrie' on it as described above. The individual or persons you refer to us must have their application approved and move into the apartment. Only one (1) "Referral" payment is earned and paid per lease. We will mail your payment or requested Gift Card after apartment management has verified the client put 'Sam Guthrie' on the Guest Card and Rental Application(s), the client has taken possession of the apartment, and the commission payment has been received by us. Please NOTE that it may take up to 90 days after the client moves in before we receive payment! There is absolutely NO limit to the number of "Referral" payments you may earn sending NEW clients. This offer does NOT apply to previous clients we have assisted.
